💳 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:• International bank transfer (USD) to corporate accounts in top-tier institutions.
• Credit Cards (through secure platform via PayPal).
• Bitcoin for customers who prefer digital assets.
• Other cryptocurrencies upon request, subject to individual analysis and prior approval.
🔹 Important: certain digital currencies may require additional compliance procedures.
💼 Cash Payment Policy
In compliance with international best practices in compliance, asset protection and personal security, Genius Wealth Management™ does not accept payments in cash to settle fees, reserves, performance bonuses or any other service.All payments must be made by:
• International bank transfer (in US dollars);
• Credit cards through secure platforms;
• Bitcoin or other previously authorized cryptocurrencies.
🔹 This policy aims to ensure the integrity of processes, offer maximum security to our clients and maintain our governance and transparency standards, in accordance with high-level international wealth consulting standards.
📅 Meeting Reservations and Advance Payment Policy
To guarantee your reservation, full payment must be made at the time of scheduling confirmation:1. VIP Global Executive (online consultation): payment for the first hour reserved.
2. VIP Private Signature (in-person consultation): payment for the full daily rate reserved.
🔹 Your reservation is only confirmed after payment confirmation.
🔄 Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that unexpected events happen. That's why our cancellation policy is clear:• Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance:
o VIP Global Executive (online): full refund.
o VIP Private Signature (in person): 50% refund, due to the logistical costs involved (airfare, accommodation, etc.).
• Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows:
o No refund.
🔹 Our timing and logistics are planned exclusively for each client.
🎯 Performance Bonus
In some service formats, the client agrees to pay an additional performance bonus, as described:• Consulting for Family Offices and Qualified Investors:
➔ 1% annually on profits obtained and/or tax savings generated with the implementation of plans developed jointly.
• Trading Mentoring Program:
➔ 2% on profits obtained during 16 live trading sessions.
